By using the Flight Reservation Offer website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Flight Reservation Offer provides portable toilet and dumpster rental services in our designated service areas. Services include:

• Delivery and pickup of sanitation equipment
• Scheduled maintenance services
• Emergency services (when available)

2. Rental Agreements

All rentals require:

• A signed service agreement
• Valid payment method
• Accessible placement location

Minimum rental period is 1 day. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon delivery unless other arrangements are made
• We accept major credit cards and business checks
• A $50 fee will be charged for returned checks
• Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month

4. Cancellation Policy

• 24-hour notice required for cancellations without fee
• Same-day cancellations incur a 50% service charge
• No-shows will be charged full service fee

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Provide safe, legal access for delivery and pickup
• Not move or modify equipment without authorization
• Not place hazardous materials in dumpsters
• Report any damage or issues immediately

6. Liability

Flight Reservation Offer is not liable for:

• Damage to property during delivery/pickup unless caused by negligence
• Injuries resulting from misuse of equipment
• Consequential damages from service delays

Our maximum liability is limited to the rental fee paid.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Florida law. Any disputes must be resolved in Broward County courts.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
